EchinoDB is a database consisting of amino acid sequence othoclusters from echinoderm transcriptomes. Taxa are sampled to span the deepest divergences within each of the five extant echinoderm classes. Data can be searched by BLASTX or BLASTP or annotation and database identifiers from the Strongylocentrotus purpuratus reference protein set at NCBI.
